Only one skillet is left on the pass and the rail is empty. The first name costs 20,000 $SKILLETWAY and starts a 20-minute window. One name is drawn; every name not drawn pays the drawn name and whoever is cooking.

Service 2 opens. 0xC00K was drawn in service 1, so it is on the stove.
Ten names hang at 20,000 each. The first one started the 20-minute window.
The window closes. The draw is pinned to the next block, and one name comes out of that block's hash.
Nine names were not drawn: 180,000. The drawn name gets its 20,000 back plus 129,600 (72%) = 149,600.
The cook takes 45,000 (25%) without hanging a name. The house takes 5,400 (3%).
The drawn name is now on the stove for service 3.

directions for use

One name, one ticket. Approve the ticket, hang your name. A wallet hangs once per service.
The window. The first name starts 20 minutes. At 24 names the pass closes on the spot.
Sealed draw. When the pass closes anyone pins the draw to the next block. Nobody, including the house, sees that block's hash before the names are locked.
Who pays. Every ticket not drawn: 72% to the drawn name, 25% to the cook, 3% to the house. The first service has no cook, so the drawn name gets 97%.
Paid in the same transaction. Serving the skillet pushes every payment. There is nothing to claim.
